State Representative Mike Armanini has announced a clinic to assist with Property Tax/Rent Rebate (PTRR) applications. The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 6, from 10 a.m. to noon at the St Marys Senior Center located at 72 Erie Ave., St Marys, PA.

“This event, open to the public, is one of the many ways my office seeks to assist the community,” said Armanini. “PTRR is incredibly important to many people in the Commonwealth, and we want to help make sure the applications are filed efficiently and effectively.”

Attendees should bring necessary documents including a driver’s license or photo ID, all income statements for 2024 such as Social Security 1099 forms, disability payments, pensions, wages, interest and dividends. Bank information will be needed for those opting for direct deposit. Renters must provide a signed Rent Certificate from their landlord while homeowners should bring paid property tax receipts from both spring and fall of 2024. If there is a different name on tax receipts, a Life Lease agreement indicating responsibility for property taxes is required.

Additional PTRR clinics are planned as follows:
– Thursday, February 25 from 10 a.m. to noon at Bennetts Valley Senior Center in Weedville.
– Thursday, February 27 from 10 a.m. through 1 p.m. at Fox Township Senior Center in Kersey.
– Tuesday, March 4 from 10 a.m. to noon at Johnsonburg Senior Center.
– Wednesday, March 5 from 10 a.m. to noon at Ridgway Senior Junction.

For questions regarding this clinic or other state government issues, constituents can contact Armanini’s St Marys district office at 814-781-6301 or his DuBois office at 814-375-4688.
