Lock Haven University, will hold a two-day Red Cross blood drive on Wednesday, Feb. 1 and Thursday, Feb. 2, from 1-6 p.m. at the Student Recreation Center, 550 Railroad St.
The four students will head to University park to take part in THON Weekend, which includes the 46-hour no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon at the Bryce Jordan Center.
During the fall 2022 semester, Lock Haven University community and public health education majors, Meghan Malloy, of Seaford, New York, and Jessica McCarthy, of Wellsboro, spent a weekend learning how to engage policy makers in public health dialogue and experiences at the National Health Education Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C.
