State Representative Dallas Kephart announced that he has been named a Guardian of Small Business by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). Out of 253 legislators in Harrisburg, Kephart was one of only ten recognized for championing small businesses.
Expressing his gratitude, Kephart stated, “I am truly honored to be recognized by NFIB as a small business champion. Small businesses are vital to our local communities and I am proud to support them.”
Greg Moreland, the NFIB State Director, commended Kephart’s efforts, saying,”Rep. Kephart went above and beyond in this session in advocating for small businesses. As a freshman member of the General Assembly, he hit the ground running and asked the tough questions. While others caved to special interests, Rep. Kephart stood with the hard-working small businesses of his district and we look forward to his continued activism for Main Street mom-and-pop shops.”
