Did you know that Pennsylvania ranks 47th in the nation in higher-education funding per capita and that Penn State receives the least state funding in the state on a per-student basis?

To raise awareness of this funding disparity, a petition from Advocate Penn State asks all Penn Staters to stand up and support the University’s request for additional state funding.
