On Friday, Feb. 28, former Moshannon Valley Junior Senior High School standout Michael Kitko’s current college team, the Slippery Rock The Rock, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Shippensburg Raiders.

The game took place at Fairchild Field. This was their first matchup against the Raiders this season.

The The Rock’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Fairchild Field against Shippensburg Raiders.
