State Representative Dallas Kephart has been honored with the Guardian of Small Business Award by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). This recognition places him among ten legislators in Harrisburg who have been acknowledged for their support of small businesses.
“I am truly honored to be recognized by NFIB as a small business champion,” Kephart expressed. “Small businesses are vital to our local communities and I am proud to support them.”
NFIB State Director Greg Moreland praised Kephart’s efforts, stating, “Rep. Kephart went above and beyond in this session in advocating for small businesses. As a freshman member of the General Assembly, he hit the ground running and asked the tough questions. While others caved to special interests, Rep. Kephart stood with the hard-working small businesses of his district and we look forward to his continued activism for Main Street mom-and-pop shops.”
The NFIB has served as an advocate for small and independent business owners across the nation for nearly 80 years. It operates as a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization representing these interests in Congress and all state legislatures.
