Senator Wayne Langerholc, Jr. is set to host his 4th Annual Senator for a Day program for high school students this Thursday. The event will take place at Saint Francis University in Loretto, starting at 7:45 a.m. in the JFK Student Center Auditorium.

The program aims to provide students with direct experience of the legislative process. It begins with an overview of how legislation works, followed by activities where student senators will split into Senate committees. They will discuss bills, take positions, and draft legislation for consideration by the full Senate.

Nearly 90 students from ten schools have registered to participate in this educational initiative.
