Senator Wayne Langerholc, Jr. (R-35) is set to join the Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association at a rally to oppose Governor Josh Shapiro’s plan to close state correctional institutions. The facilities slated for closure include the Quehanna Boot Camp in Clearfield County and SCI Rockview in Centre County.

The event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, at 10 a.m. at the Main Rotunda of the Pennsylvania Capitol Building in Harrisburg. “The rally will be livestreamed on Facebook and at SenatorLangerholc.com,” the announcement stated.
