Lock Haven University issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
October is Tackling Hunger Month. Recently, Lock Haven University Council of Trustees member, Angela Smith, joined the Haven Cupboard staff as a volunteer. The Haven Cupboard food pantry was established at Lock Haven University in October 2019 to help LHU students who struggle with food insecurity. Lock Haven University’s main campus is located on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in the scenic mountains of Pennsylvania. The university offers 49 undergraduate majors and certifications with 47 minors and five graduate programs.
