State Senator Wayne Langerholc | Pennsylvania
Senator Wayne Langerholc, Jr. has been sworn in for his third term as a state senator representing the 35th Senatorial District, which includes Clearfield County, Cambria County, and parts of Centre County. The ceremony took place at the state Capitol in Harrisburg, with the oath administered by the Honorable Gina R. Force.
In addition to beginning his new term, Langerholc was elected by his Republican colleagues to serve as Majority Whip for the 2025-26 legislative session. "I am excited to begin a third term in the Senate and thank the voters for the confidence they have bestowed on me," said Langerholc. "I am eager to continue to build on the success we have enjoyed and ensure the 35th District has a voice in the state."
Langerholc's career includes roles as an assistant district attorney and township supervisor. He was first elected to the Pennsylvania Senate in November 2016. He is a graduate of Richland High School, Juniata College, and Widener University Commonwealth Law School. A lifelong resident of Cambria County, he lives there with his wife Cortney and their three daughters.
