State Representative Mike Armanini announced that over $230,000 in grants have been allocated to 20 fire and emergency medical services (EMS) companies within the 75th Legislative District. The funds, from the Fire Company and Emergency Medical Services Grants program, are intended to support projects such as facility renovation, equipment purchase, training, and debt reduction.

"This funding is distributed across the Commonwealth to benefit the heroes of our communities," Armanini stated. "I am happy to see it benefit so many local companies and look forward to seeing the improvements made across the 75th."

The grants are managed by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and the Office of the State Fire Commissioner. Eligible companies that apply and meet the necessary criteria receive funding.

The list of recipients in the district includes Adrian Sandy Fire Co., AmServ, Bennetts Valley Ambulance, and several other local fire departments and rescue services, with individual grants ranging from $12,018 to $15,000.
