State Representative Mike Armanini is organizing a clinic for Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications on February 6th. The event will take place at the St. Marys Senior Center, located at 72 Erie Avenue, St Marys, Pennsylvania, and will run from 10 a.m. to noon.

"This event, open to the public, is one of the many ways my office seeks to assist the community," Armanini explained. He highlighted the importance of the Property Tax/Rent Rebate program to many residents and expressed the aim to ensure applications are processed efficiently.

Attendees from the 75th district are required to bring several documents: a driver's license or photo ID, all income statements for 2024, and bank account information for direct deposit. Renters should also bring a signed Rent Certificate from their landlord, while homeowners must provide property tax receipts from 2024. In cases where the name on tax receipts differs, a Life Lease agreement should be presented.

Additional clinics will be held at various locations in the coming months. The schedule includes sessions in Weedville on February 25th, Kersey on February 27th, Johnsonburg on March 4th, and Ridgway on March 5th.

Inquiries regarding this event or other state government issues can be directed to Armanini's district offices in St. Marys and DuBois. Media inquiries should be addressed to Matthew Davis.
