HARRISBURG - State Rep. Mike Armanini (R-Clearfield/Elk) will be hosting a concealed carry seminar to educate residents about their Second Amendment rights. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, from 6-8 p.m. at the Johnsonburg Fire Department, located at 99 Clarion Road, Johnsonburg.
Armanini expressed the purpose of the seminar, stating, "Constituents in the 75th District have questions about Pennsylvania’s concealed carry laws and the purpose of this event is to give people the facts and address a lot of the misconceptions." He added that attendees will have the opportunity to "hear directly from informed speakers who know the rights and responsibilities of gun owners."
The seminar will feature presentations by a panel of knowledgeable individuals, including Elk County District Attorney Beau Grove, Pennsylvania State Game Warden Peyton Edwards, Pennsylvania State Police (Ridgway barracks) Sgt. Brian Dolan, and a representative from the Elk County Sheriff’s Office.
